About Me
I’m Dr Delicia Haynes founder and CEO of Family First Health Center. In 2014 I was tired of working in the insurance based clinic I started straight out of residency. Outwardly I was successful but I felt like I built my own prison.
Although I was clinically depressed, I brushed off my design background and began plans to transition my practice to the area’s 1st Direct Primary Care Clinic. Along the way I networked with several physicians on a similar journey. Some are doing well, some have since closed, others have re-created the crazy of their previous employment.
Today I own a personally fulfilling, flexible, and profitable practice that does not own me. I have a rockstar team including a fabulous functional medicine trained physician.
It didn’t happen overnight and I failed forward A LOT… so You won’t have to.
Now I help stressed and overworked physicians transition to Direct Primary Care with grace and ease so they can increase their inspiration, income and impact.
